The 2022 Surrey South by-election was held on September 10, 2022. Following the final count on September 14, 2022, the Chief Electoral Officer declared Elenore Sturko elected as the MLA for Surrey South.

Final voting results are shown below. Preliminary voter turnout was 19.9%.
