VICTORIA – The report of the Chief Electoral Officer on the 2018 General Local Elections is now available. General local elections were held across British Columbia on October 20, 2018.

The report describes Elections BC’s administration of campaign financing and advertising rules under the Local Elections Campaign Financing Act. Elections BC does not administer voting or candidate nominations for local elections.
The report also includes recommendations for legislative change and a statement of Elections BC’s expenses.
