Financing reports must be filed with the Chief Electoral Officer within 90 days after a provincial by‑election. The filing deadline for these reports was September 22, 2023. The reports include election expenses and information regarding contributions received. Political parties are required to disclose political contributions received from January 1, 2023 until Final Voting Day, June 24, 2023, on their by-election financing reports.
