Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Pacific Time). It is closed weekends and statutory holidays.

Elections BC staff will read your feedback. We might ask for more details about your experience if you share your contact information.

Your feedback could result in changes to our Accessibility Plan. It could help us prevent barriers in the future.

Each year, we will report how we are addressing feedback in our Annual Report and Service Plan.

Privacy

The Accessible British Columbia Act allows us to collect any personal information you share with your feedback.

You can share as much or as little personal information as you want. This may include your name and contact information (phone number or email address).

The Elections BC staff person who receives your feedback will know your identity if you share your name and contact information.

We keep any personal details you share safe. This is required under Section 30 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
