Media Advisory: 2016 Lytton By-election Disclosure Statements Available

VICTORIA – The 2016 Lytton By-election disclosure statements of candidates are available for public inspection on the Elections BC website (elections.bc.ca/lecfa) and at Elections BC, Suite 100 – 1112 Fort Street, Victoria.
Under the Local Elections Campaign Financing Act (LECFA), disclosure statements must be filed with B.C.’s Chief Electoral Officer within 90 days after General Voting Day for a local by-election. The filing deadline for the 2016 Lytton By-election was 4:30 p.m. on Friday, December 9, 2016. The statements include expenses of each filer and information regarding contributions they received.
