VICTORIA – Elections BC has established the signature thresholds in each of the province’s 87 electoral districts for the initiative petition to cancel the Site C Dam project.
See the electoral district thresholds (PDF). These numbers represent 10% of the registered voters in each electoral district as of July 3, 2018.
The initiative petition expenses limit for the proponent is $1,173,608.17. This amount is based on the total number of registered voters as of July 3, 2018. The initiative advertising expenses limit for registered advertising sponsors is $5,000.
