Media Advisory: 2015 Fraser Lake Rural (Electoral Area “D” of the Bulkley-Nechako Regional District) By-election Disclosure Statements Available

VICTORIA – The 2015 Fraser Lake Rural By-election candidate disclosure statement is available for public inspection at Elections BC, Suite 100 – 1112 Fort Street and on the Elections BC website (elections.bc.ca/lecfa).

Under the Local Elections Campaign Financing Act (LECFA), disclosure statements must be filed with B.C.’s Chief Electoral Officer within 90 days after General Voting Day for a local by-election. The filing deadline for the 2015 Fraser Lake Rural By-election was 4:30 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2015. The statement includes expenses of the filer and information regarding contributions they received.
