VICTORIA – The Report of the Chief Electoral Officer on the Westside-Kelowna By-election, July 10, 2013, is now available.

The report describes the activities Elections BC undertook to administer the by-election. It also contains:

• voting area by voting area voting results
• summaries of financing reports by candidates, registered political parties and registered constituency associations
• statements of Elections BC’s expenses
