Interim financial reports are required for parties that receive annual allowances (per vote subsidies). The five parties above are eligible to receive allowances in 2021.

The filing deadline for these reports was April 30, 2021. They must contain the following information for the period from January 1 to March 31, 2021:

• political contributions accepted during the interim reporting period
• transfers of money or other property or services given or received during the interim reporting period
• prohibited political contributions received during the interim reporting period but returned to the contributor or paid to the Chief Electoral Officer

All reports for the first quarter of 2021 were received by the April 30, 2021 deadline.
