The Electoral Finance Compliance Services team helps political participants comply with legislated rules that ensure fair and transparent elections. The team promotes awareness of the rules through training and ongoing outreach.
The Team Lead supervises staff and oversees concurrent complex projects within the work unit. As a subject matter expert, they develop sound procedural frameworks to support processes and service delivery. Our ideal applicant has a proven record of excellence working with a variety of stakeholders, a results-focused approach to their work and exceptional leadership skills.

Elections BC is the independent Office of the Legislature responsible for administering provincial elections in British Columbia in accordance with the Election Act, Local Elections Campaign Financing Act, Recall and Initiative Act, and Referendum Act.
