Voting in the Kelowna West By-election is now closed.

At the conclusion of final count Ben Stewart was elected as the MLA for Kelowna West. The writ of election was returned to the Chief Electoral Officer on February 26.

Return Day
The district electoral officer returns the writ of election to the Chief Electoral Officer, ending the election period. The writ of election must be returned at the end of the period for requesting a judicial recount, a period of six days following the declaration of official results at the end of final count. Return Day typically falls on Day 50 of the election calendar.
