Media Advisory: Financial Reports and Political Contributions System for Local Elections Upgraded

VICTORIA – Elections BC has upgraded its Financial Reports and Political Contributions system (FRPC) for local elections.

Users can now search for contributors who gave $100 or more to a candidate or elector organization in a local election.

The system contains campaign contribution information filed since 2014, when Elections BC began overseeing campaign financing rules for local elections in B.C. under the Local Elections Campaign Financing Act.

Users can access FRPC for local elections at bit.ly/2gm4JK3.
