Kelowna West By-election Candidates Confirmed

VICTORIA – The candidate nomination period for the Kelowna West by-election closed at 1 p.m. (Pacific time) today.

There are five candidates representing five registered political parties:

• Shelley Cook
  BC NDP
• Kyle Michael Ernest Geronazzo
  Libertarian
• Ben Stewart
  BC Liberal Party
• Robert Stupka
  BC Green Party
• Mark Thompson
  Conservative

Residents of the Kelowna West electoral district are eligible to vote in the by-election if they are:

• 18 or older on February 14, 2018,
• a Canadian citizen, and
• a resident of British Columbia for the past six months.

General Voting Day is Wednesday, February 14. Advance voting will be available from Tuesday, February 6 to Sunday, February 11. Eligible voters can also vote at the Kelowna West district electoral office from now until 4 p.m. on February 14, or by mail.
